If you want to stay on top of some things going on at the PISD PTA level, go to www.planopta.org and sign up to receive their e-newsletter.  They notify of lots of good events that keep you informed about what's going on in the PISD schools and community.

  Finally, for direct communications coming from the top-dogs at PISD itself, also sign up for the PISD "eNews".  Go to www.pisd.edu click on the "eNews" link on the right-hand side of the page and subscribe.  I find this communication useful too.
